What we collect

• Email address — to deliver your headshots and send order confirmation
• Photos you upload — used solely to train an AI model on your likeness and generate headshots
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details

How we use your data

• Your photos are used only to generate your headshots. We do not use them to train general AI models or share them with any third party.
• Your email is used to send your order confirmation and deliver your results. We do not send marketing emails.

Data retention

Your uploaded photos and generated headshots are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is completed. Email addresses are retained for up to 1 year for customer support purposes.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• fal.ai — AI model training and image generation
• Cloudflare R2 — temporary photo storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@jobheadshot.com. We will permanently delete your photos, generated headshots, and personal information within 48 hours.
